Founded by those who solve the complex
SARCAN was born from the work of its founder, a physicist by training, and has built teams with expertise spanning multiple disciplines: physics, mathematics, micro and macroeconomics, engineering, biology, anthropology.
It is not a casual mix. The hardest problems in transportation (how much to charge, when to depart, with what fleet) are not solved simply by writing a model, but by deeply understanding the phenomenon in all its dimensions: cultural, economic, physical, biological.
A good model is the consequence of that understanding, not its starting point: we first understand how reality behaves and only then do we model it. Over the years that conviction became an ecosystem of products, but the core remains intact: understand deeply in order to truly optimize, with results that stand the test of time.
